Currently we do not offer trial accounts. In order to offer the carrier grade pricing currently avilable there is no ability to trial a service.

Our service is structured internally to bill annualy for all calling plans. This allows us the ability to provide the carrier level pricing discounts.

The Federal, State, E911, and PUC taxes are built into the pricing of each calling plan and thereofore are autocollected with your annual payment. When purhaseing devices or add on services tax may be collected based on State od use.

Simply put, a Direct Inward Dial (DID) number is a local number that consists of 10 digits and accepts inbound calls when dialed.

More than 95% of all SIP based devices work with the RingzU Network, which means that you get to use your own hardware and are not obligated to get your equipment from us. Opening an account has no real "account fee", signing up and porting a number or selecting a new one gets you to the 3 requirements to start service. Select a plan, KYC Verification, Make Payment.

The base level service for a single user with one DID number is $199.99 per year or $16.66 per month billed annually and includes unlimited calling.

Depending on the service referenced it can mean the time at which calls are billed, like per minute or in :06 second increments. In the case of SMS and MMS it is a per message meter.

We have no contracts to cancel here. We dont believe in term mandates. However, if service is cancelled prior to the end of your annual plans renewal date you forfit the remaining time and balances. There is no refund on public utilities when payments are on annual basis. The service can be sut down but the billing account will remain until the end of the billing term.

You may ugrade your service level or users at any time you may also add or remove standalone items when you wish. If there is a credit involved in the change that will be applied auitomatically at time of checkout by our payment processor. Refunds are not issued on credit blocks or downgraded services.

We do have a small selection of preferred devices available on our device store page, or you can buy your own device and ask thayt it be provisioned to RingzU Networks.

We do offer both device and system tech support 24/7 which can assist you with just about anything hardware or troubleshooting related. Problems or assistance with account level support is available Monday to Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00PM only.

We use E911 service only for US numbers (including US toll-free numbers). E911 is a mandated requirment for using our services. We take on the responsibility of programming it for you. If you fail or refuse the E911 location programming, and later make any call to 911 you will be fined by the PSAP and service may be terminatred. See our Terms and Conditions.

We do offer SMS service. SMS is available for a great number of DIDs and cities across the United States. The SMS service is available through the customer account based on plan level and purchasing of SMS or MMS credits. Yes! RingzU does offer Local Number Portability (LNP) service, and your number may be available for porting. Please visit the Number Checker page to find out whether your current number is portable to the RingzU network. If you are a current customer you may port in a new number or additional numbers by calling customer care.

No. We are a closed network telephone service provider and there fore offer our carrier grade services without the ability for mark up. This is a violation of our terms of service.

Yes. RingzU has an Advanced Voicemail feature that is included with your service. There are upgraded features available that give the option to forward your messages to your email address as an attachment. Or even have the audio transcribed and texted to you.

Yes. RingzU has the iQueU! Command Center software that can be deployed on your SIP Trunk and feed live caller and agent information to the dashboard as well as to the Sqwokbox Visual Notification Light.
