AI Services Terms of Service

These AI Services Terms of Service ("AI Terms") govern the use of artificial intelligence, conversational automation, voice AI, chatbot, campaign, and related AI-powered services offered by RingzU Telecommunications Corporation and RINGZU TELECOM USA.

These AI Terms are in addition to the RingzU Telecommunications Terms of Service governing telecom and communications services.

1. Eligibility and Telecom Requirement

AI Services are available only to active RingzU telecommunications customers in good standing. AI Services are not offered as a standalone product.

2. Nature of AI Services

RingzU AI Services are managed conversational automation tools intended for business communications, inbound call handling, customer interaction, campaign support, informational messaging, and related lawful communications activities.

3. Third-Party Providers

Certain AI, conversational processing, speech synthesis, transcription, analytics, infrastructure, and orchestration services may be provided through third-party providers including ElevenLabs.

4. Managed Service Model

RingzU AI Services operate as a managed communications platform. Customers are granted limited operational access only to approved customer-facing features.

5. Acceptable Use

AI Services may only be used for lawful business and communications purposes. Customers may not use the service for fraud, unlawful robocalling, impersonation, harassment, malicious automation, or illegal activities.

6. AI Usage Limits and Metering

AI Services may include monthly usage allocations, minute limitations, concurrency limitations, operational caps, and automated protection controls.

7. Campaign and Calling Responsibility

Customers remain fully responsible for uploaded campaign data, outbound call lists, scripts, and compliance with all applicable laws including TCPA and related communications regulations.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated responses, transcripts, analytics, summaries, and conversational outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended responses.

9. Voice and Content Rights

Customers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights for uploaded content, recordings, and voice likenesses.

10. Recordings, Transcripts, and Analytics

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable recording disclosure and consent laws.

11. Privacy and Data Handling

RingzU does not sell customer communications data. Operational data may be processed through authorized providers as necessary to deliver AI Services.

12. Billing, Suspension, and Termination

Billing failures, fraudulent activity, abuse, chargebacks, or violations associated with any RingzU service may result in suspension or termination of all services across the platform.

Customers are required to maintain a current, valid, and active payment method on file through Stripe Payments.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of all RingzU services and all outstanding balances becoming immediately due.

13. Service Modifications

RingzU reserves the right to modify pricing, features, usage limits, integrations, dashboard functionality, and deployment structures at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

RingzU shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or operational damages.

15. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RingzU from claims arising from misuse of AI Services.

16. Governing Law

These AI Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By activating, deploying, accessing, configuring, or using RingzU AI Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
